How does trade face the challenges of globalization?????

 

Due to globalizations, economy are able to experience free transfer of goods, capital and services across nations. Due to this, trades between countries are unrestricted, this would mean there would be no taxes to pay.

As there are pros, there are also cons to this. International trade allows people to enjoy a broader selection of goods. However is goods and services decreases trade would also decrease, this affects globally as due to trade and globalization, countries are interdependent with each other so if one suffers from an economic crisis so does the other.
